Complete IT security cannot be achieved by using a single tool or technique. Today’s IT infrastructure is becoming more complex and requires very robust solutions to prevent security breaching.

To cover all the latest trends and technologies in IT security in the BFSI (Banks, Finance Service & Insurance), manufacturing, energy and other industries in Asia, a 2 day event called SECURASIA 2008 was organized in Malaysia. To answer more industry-specific issues and real-life case studies, we had been the Diamond Sponsors for this event (refer the screenshot given below). Here we had interactive sessions, panel discussions, open dialogues and much more; regarding IT security. The event also included a major exhibition on the latest IT security solutions.

This was the largest IT security event ever held in South East Asia.

IMPACT, a not-for-profit global organization would be set up in Cyberjaya, Malaysia to enhance the global community’s capacity to prevent and respond to cyber threats.
IMPACT stands for International Multilateral Partnership Against Cyber Terrorism and is the first global public-private initiative against cyber terrorism.
